What you can expect
- Patient-centered care, providing general adult and pediatric orthopaedic care that covers a wide range of areas.
- An initial consultation and diagnosis, during which the physicians will discuss alternatives to help you make an informed decision about what is right for you.
- Recommendations for treatment, the overall course of your care, expectations for the outcome, discussion of risks and possible complications of the treatment or surgery, and the consequences of declining treatment.
- If surgery is necessary, the latest techniques will be available to help you function at the highest rate of movement with as little risk as possible. The procedures will be explained in language you can understand.
- Following your surgery, physical therapists will help in your rehabilitation and be there throughout your recovery.
What you should bring to your appointment
- The completed registration and notice of privacy forms available to download below.
- A written list of your prescribed medications, herbs, supplements or alternative remedies you currently use.
- A list of your concerns and questions about your condition, treatment and side effects. Be prepared to be open and honest about your habits and health problems, even if they may be embarrassing.
- Your health plan cards or other proof of insurance.
